Founder
My name is Aihua Jiang
Dear Parents,

Thank you so much for visiting our website. As a fellow parent of two, I truly understand the joys and challenges of raising children. It's a journey that often requires significant sacrifices, especially for mothers who may put their careers on hold.
My own path has been quite an adventure. I earned my M.D. and Ph.D. from top Chinese medical schools, completed two postdoctoral fellowships in the USA, including one at Harvard Medical School, and published several papers in prestigious research journals. However, when my two children came along, I found myself at a crossroads and chose to embark on a completely new direction.
After years of growth, reflection, learning, and hands-on experience, I've found a way to blend my medical background with my passion and profession in early education. My mission now is to create a network of high-quality Montessori programs for toddlers and their families. I'm thrilled to be part of transforming how we approach early childhood development!

Sandra Lee, Ph.D.
Dr. Sandra Lee, holding a PhD in Early Childhood Education from Southern Illinois University, is a prominent figure in Montessori education and bilingual learning. As a distinguished lecturer at the Montessori Institute-New England (MI-NE) in Boston, she shapes the next generation of educators. Her expertise extends to consulting for Singapore's Ministry of Education on early childhood Chinese teaching.
Sandra's influential work spans teacher training across the US and Mandarin-speaking regions, focusing on child development, bilingual education, and Montessori principles. Her insights reach a broader audience through her column in Taiwan's CommonWealth Parenting magazine and her authored books on fostering early childhood reading.

Anne MacMillan
AMS-Certified Teacher
Anne, has a master's in clinical psychology from Harvard University, specializes in early childhood development. She's passionate about fostering trust and autonomy in young children, drawing on Erik Erikson's developmental theory. Anne values the Montessori method for its emphasis on creating environments that nurture intrinsic motivation and Csikszentmihalyi's concept of flow. Her approach aims to lay the foundation for children to grow into confident, independent, and happy adults. Anne's unique blend of Montessori training and psychological expertise makes her a valuable guide in early childhood education.
Jeanette Wang
EEC Certified Teacher
Jeanette brings a wealth of experience to early education, blending insights from psychology with 20 years of high school teaching in Guangzhou. Certified in Mandarin and ESL, she developed a passion for early learning after moving to the U.S. Known for her patience and empathy, Jeanette applies her expertise to nurture young minds. As a mother of two, including an MIT freshman, she understands the importance of strong educational foundations. Jeanette's diverse background and dedication make her an inspiring guide for young learners embarking on their educational journeys.
Lina Chu
EEC Certified Teacher
Lina transitioned from a successful business career to early education after becoming a mother. With an MBA and experience as an assistant manager in international companies, she brings a unique perspective to her role as a preschool teacher. Now joining Firefly FM, Lina is eager to create a nurturing, stimulating environment for children's growth and development. Her diverse skill set includes patience, active listening, effective communication, and classroom management, complemented by her ability to integrate yoga and music into learning experiences.
Xiaoni Wu
EEC Certified Teacher
Ms. Wu is a passionate educator with a wealth of experience in early childhood education. As a longtime kindergarten teacher and skilled piano instructor, she has touched the lives of countless students with her patient, attentive teaching style. Known for her vibrant, determined personality, Ms. Wu has a natural ability to connect with children and a deep commitment to supporting their growth.
Ms. Wu loves creating healthy and delicious meals, and an avid sports enthusiast. In her free time, she enjoys reading and hiking with her two wonderful children.
